This is my second time parking at the lot across the restaurant on the pier. The attendant was not friendly and came across as rude. At $15.00 cash for 2 hours (and it has to be exact change) I would expect that they hire attendants that are a little more customer service oriented. I am a local and plan to use another lot from now on.

I’ve used the app a few times to pay to park in various MB lots. The last two times, I’ve been accused of not paying by the parking attendant (Rob or Ron). This evening, I found the attendant peeking into my car. He claimed he was looking for a parking stub. Doesn’t quite add up since the blue “stub” is supposed to be in the front window and given that it is sunny it would be quite visible from afar. The last two times, said attendant has accused me of not paying to park and has been very rude and aggressive in his tone. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend using these lots or at the VERY least I would recommend the owners of this company to seriously consider notifying their parking attendants about cars that have paid via app such that these attendants aren’t invading someone’s privacy in the future. There are better lots to park in MB

Used them at Ocean Reef Resort. Exceptional service! Loved the text when ready option, great with our two kids and offer great recommendations on local accommodations. Very polite, professional, and courteous. Well worth the small fee. Would definitely recommend!
