I have been an owner for 15 years and never stayed there.nnThis is what I proposed to the resort:nnI want to transfer this timeshare to Schooner II Beach and Racquet Club by quitclaim deed at no cost to you.nAt 80 years old I have no use or the ability to use it.nI will prepare this deed and send it to you.nPlease let me know who should be the grantee.nnThis is response from resort:nnGood morning Mr. Russell,nnWe at this time are not accepting quitclaim deeds. In order for you to deed back your Timeshare to Schooner Beach & Racquet Club we are asking that you pay your 2021 fees as well as an additional year of Maintenance Fees along with the Attorney fees. The total for the 2 years of Maintenance fees is $1687.00 and attorney fees of $375.00.nnSincerelynnMary Jo RichnnI do not agree with these excessive charges. If timeshares are such a great thing they should be able to sell it and make a profit.nnBeware the timeshare market is a scam!nnI have filed this information with BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs.nnWayne Russell

Upon checking in staff was very friendly. Git to our room and it was so clean and sanitized you could smell it, didn't have a worry about that at all. Close enough to walk places and do things. Nice clean pool and beach area. Would stay there again in off peak times. Peak times you'd have to park your car once and leave it there being right on the strip will get crazy. Over all had a great stay.

First time staying here and to be honest we just randomly walked it and stayed for two nights in room 1104. We where amazed on how nice and big the rooms where this hotel and rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you could need other then food.... obviously. But again everything was clean and well keeped and in date and everything was functioning. The staff was great and helpful and friendly and funny. I will be coming here again me and my fiance loved this place and it was a great highlight to vacation......but dont take my word for it...come see for yourself

This place is a great surprise! Very reasonably priced! Friendly staff. And it's a great location. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo, but it has a a little cubby with bunk beds that makes it feel like a 2 bedroom

Great service, checked in around 10 pm. Got a room with a bunk bed and a king bed plus the pull out in the living room. Loved that we had a kitchen and enoigh space for all 4 of oir children. Will be returning soon!!!!
