Vacation was great, Hotel clean, the two very young ladies at check-in was HORRIBLE with nasty attitudes, mean to all the guest, left the front desk unattended with everyone waiting because they got mad at the fact that the lobby was fullnnThey argued with the guest when they had any questions about what was going on and why they couldn't be checked in. We waited two and a half hours before we got checked in there is no telling how long the other poor guest had to wait and put up the the ignorance.nnI would never book this hotel again unless they get rid of those to ladies, and to the questions of why not cancel it because if you cancel with this hotel they will still take every single dime of your money so I had no choice.

We got a great deal for 2 nights. The location is perfect. The view from our balcony was amazing. The shower didn't have a shower curtain and the hallways smelled pretty bad. The hot tub was discustingly dirty. I personally would definitely go there again, especially on a tight budget.

I'm a beach baby even though I was born an raising right here in Greensboro NC. I love and I mean love going to the beach in my second home Myrtle Beach South Carolina , North Myrtle Beach is where I spent my time when I get the chance to go down to my second Love . Right on the beach but this time was unfortunate not as pleasant as I know the Good people of SC to be my ROOM HAD BUGS !!!ud83eudd97ud83eudd97ud83eudd9fud83dudc1cud83dudc1cud83dudc1eud83dudc1dud83dudd77ud83eudd82ud83eudd9fud83dudc1eud83eudd97 IN It ud83dude11ud83dude11ud83eudd28ud83eudd28ud83eudd14ud83dude25ud83dude25 When contact the front desk they was less then impressed with my issue. The next day I spoke to someone again I was told they would get right on it and because of events in town there was no other room this weekend March 19 - came home the 21 . Saturday we thinking we shouldn't have anymore problem but put our bag in the car just in case and only kept one change of clothes inside for the ride home . So glad we did that in the bathroom and kitchen area OMG, Again trying to talk to MANAGER AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. This is the first time I have ever have this happen to me. I don't know if it a chance in Management or something.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful spot. O suggest getting up early and walking this area on a week day around 7 or 8. Its empty and glorious.

My family and I just got back after staying for 8 nights and we thought it was perfect for what we needed ! We stayed last year and this year was way better. Staff was friendly and anything we needed was provided. Because of covid no housekeepers could come in the room which I was fine with. Just put your trash and dirty towels outside your door and they took it and left clean towels in a bag hanging on the outside of your door. Pools were cleaned every day. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Sandcastle for a great family vacation!
