Lovely hotel. Went during spring break 2021. Staff was super nice. Got to meet the GM, she was very nice too. The older front desk lady in the morning (long grayish blonde hair with bangs) was a super star wish I remembered her name. The oriental looking male housekeeper brought me towels when I requested, he was very courteous. Definitely will be back. Took my dog and he had a blast too staying there.
Beds comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Clean mostly. Room Coffee maker had old coffee left in it. No hand soap, did get some from desk. Could hear every door in the hallway throughout the night. No free coffee. Not luxurious but passable.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet and desk staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel has a good location but the exterior looks run down and old. The internet pictures are very deceiving. The rooms are very basic and small details as door stops and carpeting show signs of wear and tear. I am mostly frustrated with the hotel for the outrageousness price we paid, without breakfast and with the Covid-19 excuse, no one cleaned our room, provided new towels, made our beds. Honestly for the trip we made motel 8 and courtyard had no service difference.
I love staying at courtyards, they are very much the same no matter where you are and that's nice when you travel a lot.
