I have a renter where she change my furniture without notice, my refrigerator buy it a year ago she broke it, neglect it by having cockroaches everywhere and, refuse to give me my key, lie to the judge by telling him she never lock her door with the key. my furniture is missing and my entrance door have a big cape where is hard to fix it I have to replace it with a new wall and frames plus new door. she build concrete in my yard in top of the grass again with out inform me. In our contract had a deal anything she is suppose to inform me by writing never happen. my handy man try to enter the house so he can fix it but their is no way for him because she locked the door. She had Section 8 never took my case in serious they are dishonest and dishonor their contract with their business, encourage her by ignore my request she stay two months without paying me any money. Never Never Never have section 8 again
