I have been using this cleaners to bring my husband's work shirts for many years and I felt I needed to write how much the employees make me smile. One in particular named Ann I believe is kind and knowlegable about what she is doing. She also has one of those personalities that not all people can find humor in but I find so funny at times. Thank you allbright cleaners and Ann for always making my experience a great one!

Picked up my clothes today and felt like crying because this cleaners didn’t clean my husband’s jacket. I don’t think they even cleaned it, lint over entire jacket and the back seam was wrinkled. The rest of my clothes weren’t even pressed correctly. Would never go there again ud83eudd28ud83eudd28ud83eudd28

My Wife dropped off a brand new ball gown valued at $500 to be steamed cleaned for a special event. The dress came back with a big stain on the chiffon. The owner of the store won't return her calls or pay for the damaged dress. Terrible business ! The ladies who work at the store claim to not even know the owners name or have phone number to reach him. Who runs a local business that way when there are so many cleaners in town.nDon't go there!

My girlfriend got nail polish on her favorite pants. The material of her pants made us not want to get it out ourselves for fear of damaging them further. 2 days and seven dollars(I think, it was months ago) later we are very happy. Very home-ey environment. Will come back again if we need to

Same problem owner would not call be back for the poor customer service.
