They managed to clean my wedding dress perfectly after I “trashed” it hiking during my ceremony. It didn’t take long at all to have it ready. They even sent it to a closer location to my home so I can pick it up conveniently instead of the further location where I dropped it off. Will definitely use them again.
A week to have items dry cleaned and on pickup day to learn not all items were completed. Then, find out they only do the cleaning the day the items are due. Are you kidding me? There is no way they are that busy. I had high hopes, but they were dashed. Wakeup people: Myrtle Beach has an influx of new residents [full timers] from New York , New Jersey and other places where dry cleaning services are expected to be more responsive and professional.
Great service for those that do not currently have a washer and dryer. Fair prices.
Lapels does a great job cleaning my clothing. My suits look awesome and my shirts are pressed perfectly. I would recommend Lapels to anyone looking for a trustworthy dry cleaner. I also think the staff is friendly and look forward to seeing them again. I don't trust my clothes to just anyone, but I have no problems with Lapels.
I took my bed comforter in for an overall cleaning with a few spot treatments. When I brought it home the first time, it had not been cleaned. There was still several stains on the comforter and it didn't look or smell like it had been touched. I took the comforter back immediately and while they didn't charge me for the second clean, it still came back in the same condition I left it in. The representative was very kind and apologetic, but the cleaning service was non-existent. I will be taking my services elsewhere.
