I would never consider using anyone else, nor any other kind of cleaning. I recently bought new carpeting. The best you can buy! Dry cleaning is the only way to go! No water gets into the padding, where it stays, seeps back up into carpeting, and gets moldy. Their system takes out every kind of stain I've ever had; pet vomit, pet urine, coffee, mud, normal dirty shoe traffic, and juice. The stains are gone and stay gone, because they are not pushed down into the padding by water or steam. There powerful equipment brings the carpet fibers up to practically new condition.nNow, as to the company, owner, and employees: They are superb! They have never been late, their prices are comparable to most other companies, they are professional, friendly, go above and beyond, workable with your time and situations, respectful of your home and contents, they wear booties on their feet (right from the start), and they are expedient, yet thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They have truly provided the best service, in all ways, that I have ever been so lucky to receive.

We have lived here for almost 6 years in South Carolina, and have used different companies to clean our carpets. Unfortunately most other companies use water to clean and after a couple of weeks, the dirt and stains would return. I searched online to find another company and saw 'Extreme Dry Carpet Cleaning' and decided to call to ask some questions. They came to our condo and inspected the carpet, at which I was embarrassed to have them see, and did a spot cleaning to make sure they could help brighten up the carpet. We scheduled the appointment that week for cleaning. I absolutely loved the smell of the citrus, no chemicals, and was totally amazed at how well the carpet looked. I had considered replacing the carpet, but after the cleaning by Xtreme Dry Carpet, I don't have to. Another positive comment is that I could immediately walk on the carpet without getting wet! I have referred neighbors and they also have enjoyed the outcome. The staff are so nice and thorough in the cleaning process. I will continue to use their service as long as I'm in my home. First things first: Customer service is definitely a priority for Xtreme Dry Clean Carpet Cleaning! Some of the nicest people you'll ever do business with. At every level of service, they were very polite and accommodating.nThe dry service that they offer is perfect when you want to have little to no downtime.nThe carpets that I had cleaned were not in very bad condition, but some of the high traffic areas were brought back to life!nThe smell of the product they use is a refreshing citrus.nThey have great attention to detail and passion for the service they provide.nThe price is fair as well, especially when you take all that goes into carpet cleaning into consideration.nI would highly recommend these guys to any and everyone! You won't be disappointed!

Xtreme Team did great work. Originally we were looking to get just the couch and love seat cleaned but the price was fair enough we had carpets done as well. Carpets weren't bad before but the few spots we did have are all gone and carpet looks great. Couches look and smell great. Tech gave me a call to set the ETA, showed up on time, and knocked the job out in a timely manner. Professional and friendly. We will use again and would recommend to others.
