I have a rental property and had Ryan clean the carpet several days ago. I went in 2 days later and found a wet spot in the room. I called and addressed my concerns and was told they would stop by the next day to make sure everything was fine. Later that day I found out the wet spot was caused by a leak in my laundry room. Ryan came that afternoon after work and took care of the wet carpet for me with a very reasonable price. I had a great experience with Elite and everyone is super polite and responsive. And the carpet was cleaned nicely. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use its service again.
Great service! We have used Elite services for several years to clean and protect rugs and upholstery at a weekly rental home.The furnishings still look great and have held up well. The cleanings need to be worked in between weekly rentals and Elite gets the job done! Very professional crew with awesome equipment!
We have used Elite twice now and they have done an amazing job each time! Very easy going & their prices have been the best especially with their equipment. I am so pleased with how my rugs turned out! Elite did a wonderful job removing pet odors and stains. The rugs have a great lemon scent and look terrific. I will be calling Elite again when I need my rugs cleaned. I highly recommend them!
