Earlier this year we decided to have the vents/ducts cleaned in our home and we called Duraclean. The two gentlemen that arrived were on time and very professional. The dust, much of it still from construction, that came out was very surprising and I wish we had done this sooner.nnDuring the summer we had tenants in our condo at the beach that smoked (something) inside that stunk everything horribly. I tried for a week by washing, spraying, and also threw pillows away to get rid of the smell but nothing worked. I decided to call Duraclean to see if they could help. Keith, the owner came out to assess and assured me that he could safely remove the odor. I scheduled them to come within the next few days, before our next tenant, and he was able to somehow take care of the issue. The odor hasn't returned.nnThis morning two gentlemen from Duraclean came to clean our area rugs. They were on time, polite, and very professional. I had a few questions for them about the process and they were happy to answer. The carpets came out great!nnI can't remember ever leaving a review for or against a company before. However, after three outstanding experiences with Duraclean, I felt that this review was well deserved. Thank you Duraclean! We will certainly be calling again for any future needs.
