I put towels, underwear and socks in #1165. Pushed the button for hot, NO HOT Water! I asked the attendant for help. She felt the cold water, agreed it should be hot, said someone was just working on it and must have switched the lines. I asked for a refund, was told has to be mailed to me. Attendant can’t give refund, she didn’t offer any help, except to say I should have used a newer machine. I have no idea why she’s there. She didn’t even put an out or order on the machine . I had to ask her. Won’t be back!!!
Clean, efficient and friendly staff.
I'm from out of town and have been staying in Myrtle Beach now for two months and have brought my laundry to these very nice ladies every week. Great service and great people. Cindy was especially very kind to me on numerous occasions. Thanks gals and I'd recommend them anytime.
Very clean and close to me
The lady working tonight 6/8/2018 was very rude! We came to dry our clothes and she said last wash is at 8:30 and we said we just needed to dry and it was only 9:15 and she gave us a dirty look and walked away. That was very rude and unprofessional when we weren’t rude at all until I gave attitude when I walked away because there was no need to be rude to us. Definitely will take our business elsewhere.
