I would give a negative star if possible. I dropped my laundry off to be washed and dried by staff at 10am. I should up at 5pm to pick up and it was not done. I went back at 6:30pm and they had finally finished. My family got back to our hotel room and unpacked our laundry and we were missing clothes. I called and the attendant was extremely rude! I would never go back!
Very clean and courteous people that work there they will help you out in any way they can very pleasant experience
The business is very large with lots of washing machines and dryers and lots of space to wash clothes in. There's even one top loading washer!
Went there 2-hrs before they closed. They told me i couldn't do my 1-load of cloth there. Had to wait til the next day? Or i could just pay her cash rite then & there. I felt very uncomfortable. Not rite.
I was on vacation and wanted to wash my clothes at the hotel, but it wasn't to be, (that's another review). I called several places 1 didn't answer, 1 was rude and said the doors are locked show up tomorrow. Finally I spoke with Tina and explained that I know it's late but all I want is to drop off my clothes so they would be there 1st thing in the morning. She said of course. Upon entering I was greeted by Tina, she showed me where to go, walked me through the process, and answered all my questions about the wash dry and fold service, she even apologized for not being able to get to them that evening. Tina estimated the time they would be ready to be picked up and informed me that I would receive a text when they were ready. To say that Tina made the process easy and enjoyable is an understatement. I would highly recommend!!!
