Don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. I've been calling for a week about a door installed by Kelpro that has been leaking since day 1 and still haven't gotten a return call or any sort of answer despite giving my phone number twice and constsntly following up. I left this review on their Facebook page and an employee messaged me some nonsense about asking me to make contact with them before smearing their name in the community. She then stopped responding and STILL no one has returned my call. Awful customer service. I do this for a living and am appalled at their complete lack of communication. Unfortunately this matter was handled before I moved in, and my boss can't even fix this door without having to take a reciprocating saw to the nails used to install it when it only requires screws. The owner says the door leaks because we don't have an overhang... we have gutters and it leaks because the slab sags in the unlevel frame. Kelpro employees came out twice and caulked around the trim and screwed a wooden board under the door to the foundation of the house. Completely pointless and a waste of time which is why the door still leaks and is now rotting.
