Went above and beyond! More than I expected!
It's always about the people for me and they are great at Fast-Fix. Each representative was professional and personable. Their quick turnaround was equally impressive, exceeding their own estimated time frame. I greatly appreciated their text, which let me know my 2 watches were finished early. I was addressed immediately with a welcome smile n offered service after listening to my reasons to shop for jewelry. They met my needs in a professional manner with options on products n cost with added suggestions when I wasn't clear what to choose from a very good variety to select from. They have life time customer in me. 100% Pleased.
I went in there and told them exactly what I wanted done to my wedding rings and they immediately started measuring and all sorts of things. They gave me a time that they would be done and they were done way earlier than expected! Fast, friendly, and great quality! These people are wonderful. I would highly recommend!!!!
The customer service at the front desk was excellent! The jeweler came over to make sure my ring was fitting properly which was a good move for him to make. I was called to let me know my ring was ready!! Thank you and by the way we have used Fast Fix since 1992.
