I took a gift back to the Spencer’s store in Myrtle Beach SC at Coastal Grand Mall a few months ago & went to use it today & there wasn’t any cash on my card. Obviously, the cashier didn’t put the money on the gift card. I’m very disappointed how they took my money. Also, I purchased a gift today, & the person doesn’t like the gift I called Spencer’s & I was told I can’t get cash back & I told the associate I don’t trust gift cards because they pretended to put the cash on a gift card. I’m requesting cash back!!! I don’t trust Spencer’s gift card. Please advised! Please make sure you like whatever you purchase because they are scamming people when they supposedly putting your money on a gift card if you’re returning something !!! They deserve a 0...SCAMMERS! Definitely won’t be spending money here ever again!!
Spencer's u gotta love it...especially when ur looking for items to spice up your love life with your spouse...or if u wanna purchase the popular shirts...OL' SKOOL shirts too...but sometimes, this store can be a little bit costly!!..but still YOU check it out...u never know...what YOU may find!!!
The staff are all really nice and make sure everyone who comes in has a mask on and keeps it on. I've hear the workers tell a couple different people to pull their mask up and to keep their mask on at all times. Very good at trying to keep their store safe.
I love all the unique things you can find here.
Love this place. It has gotten a lot higher in prices though.
