I used to go in Claire's when I was a kid. It was ok. I forgot how pricy they are! $5 for Hubba Bubba tape gum... FIVE DOLLARS! you're trippin. The staff was super friendly and knew what to do when the credit card machine was acting up. Corporate needs to make a number available for when things like this happen (my job does and we work in retail too). They said they had nobody to call til MONDAY! ud83dude44 DO BETTER CORPORATE

I went to Claire’s on the costal grand mall.. the costumer service was great but there was only one person working .. the store was very unclean and I bought a 10 foot charger for 18 dollars! It broke 2 days after I bought it because I placed my thumb there with know weight! Their quality sucks and would not recommend! I tested their quality with cheap chargers for like 5 dollars and work way better than this!

Live the service, love the style. The quality however isn't always the best. But Claire's is a good costume jewelry store.

Walked into store no greeting. Shortly after us an Caucasian couple walks in and was greeted with smiles and everything. Felt very offended. I guess our money doesn’t spend the same way.
