Michael Baker - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Michael Baker State farm Since he opened his firm. I have had nothing but Stellar customer service, they are fast, responsive, and just get the job done. I had to leave the area and switch insurance agents and had 3 different agents while I was out of state and had the worst experiences. We quickly went back to Michael Bakers state farm as soon as we move back and they quickly helped address all the issues we had with the past 3 agents. Michael baker and his Staff are on a whole different level of professionalism and its definitely at the top of anything I have experience from any other Agent or insurance company we have delt with. I had insurance with Michael Baker for over 10 years and State Farm for 20 . I recently purchased a new car I called Michael Bakers office I was given a quote prior to buying car I agreed and paid Sara over the phone .nTwo months later I received a notice of my total insurance going up 3 x the original quote and payment .nI had insurance with Michael Baker accident free the the last 10 or 15 years never once entered a claim !nI received poor customer service from his office staff after stopping by to get to the bottom of this Extreme increase & I was given the run around.. and to be honest I have never in 10 years laid eyes on Michael Baker ???? he must be out on the golf course enjoying the windfall of his extremely high insurance policies .nAfter obtaining insurance elsewhere and letting the policy expire at Michael Bakers office I have never once heard a peep out of Mr Baker or State Farm as to why a solid accident free driver has stopped doing business with his agency .nState Farm and Michael Baker agency should be more appreciative of their local customers !nMaybe Michael Baker agency has more business than he can handle?nShare the wealth Mr Baker & fight for your clients to get fair prices and maybe you should spend some time in your local office and get to know your paying clients .nAnd thanks for nothing Mr Michael Baker & enjoy the $15,000.00 you made from my premiums over the years .

Mike made it an incredibly easy experience to get both a quote and get a policy initiated. Really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to answer all of my questions about the policy. At no point did I feel like Mike high pressured me or rushed my decision. I'd recommend anyone looking to get a new policy to at least reach out and have an initial conversation with him.

Found exactly what I needed. Ladies in the cutting area are great. Lacking floor staff for assistance.
