They are AWESOME!! My husband had a accident with the other person at fault and Progressive took care of it ASAP! We didn’t even have to pay deductible when our car was in the shop plus they truly helped me save A LOT when I switched to them from State Farm (which wasn’t giving me a good plan at all)!!

Please get insurance literally Any place else!!! I will shout it from the mountain tops and pray we put this horrible company out of business! You don't even deserve the one star...negative 5 stars! Shame on you Progressive! Unprofessional, uncaring robots. Down with Progressive!! #putemoutofbusiness

Not this branch in general. But the company is just a joke, they had my phone for over a month for some water damage to be fixed. Over a MONTH. I finally receive my cell phone back. And it has speaker issues, and the screen still acts up. They kept my phone for NOTHING to send me a phone just as broke. Now I have to send it back again. Be without a phone possibly for an entire month AGAIN. Because they are so unprofessional and just DO NOT care. But they do not hesitate to take the insurance money out if my account. And the costumer service on the phone is just awful. The ppl do not listen or want to cater to your need after they do leave you phone less for over a month. Just need this fixed asap (not like they will) so I can cancel this and stop giving money to someone straight up robbing me.
