Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working staff. Very satisfied so far. We’re still in selection process but so far they have gone above and beyond to understand our needs (and wants). They are not into just selling they do care about your needs. Highly recommend.
I don't have a good story to tell because I never got the chance to work with them. I was in search of new hardwood floors throughout my 2nd level that was carpet and new counter tops in my kitchen. I also wanted to use a Veteran owned business. According to their commercials I kept seeing on tv, it seemed like the business I was looking for. It took over a week to get an appointment for someone to come out and measure the project. A couple weeks later I contacted the young man who came out to get the estimate for the job. He told me he would have it to me by the end of the day. That was 9/14, I am still waiting.
We had both quartz countertops and plank flooring installed by Holmes Flooring in our bathrooms. What a transformation, it was an immediate update into 2020! Austin took very good care of us during the design process and Jordan is an excellent installer. Thanks to all, we are very happy!
They call themselves a flooring store. They sell tile but they don’t sell any mortar / thin-set to install it. What good does the tile do me if I can’t install it? If I need to run somewhere else to buy the thin-set, then I’ll give that business all my business.
From the moment we walked into Holmes, we were more than pleased. Everyone was pleasant and so very patient with us as we were looking for granite and backsplash for our kitchen. The granite was just installed by Martin and Max, and we are exremely happy with the product, their work and the price!! Holmes' professionalism, their suggestions, the quality of their work can't be beat! Emerson installed the backsplash which included a small wall. His work was outstanding. Perfect in every way! Great company to deal with!!
