I spoke to Kim about a problem I had with my trash pickup. I wasn't aware of the new ordinance saying that nothing could be on the top of the trashcan so our trash wasn't picked up today. I had an additional problem with something that wouldn't fit in the can and she was very helpful with both issues. She made my day! I hope MBSW realizes that they have a gem in Kim. And the men working on the recycling truck and trash truck were very nice too.

Sign out front reads the business hours are monday through friday, which is false and has been false for a long time.nThe lady working said they are only open fridays. Also, she wasn't very pleasant.nThank you. Have a good day
