We have been using AccuChex payroll since 1996 (for a past business we owned and our present business) and Chip and his staff have consistently been thorough, helpful, and available through all our payroll needs and questions over the past 23 years! Accuchex does the payroll for our company, Re-Builders, Inc. Brandan & the crew are wonderful. Anytime I have a question or concern, Brandan replies immediately, and is always extremely helpful & patient. We had a situation once probably a year ago that was rectified timely and very fair - I received a personal call from the owner as well. This is a company of integrity, providing very personalized customer service, & has been extremely informative through Covid-19 keeping us abreast of any and all updates & changes. I highly recommend Accuchex for your payroll. In fact, I wouldn't use any other payroll service.

My husband's pay check did not deposit today, 1/18/19 for the second time in 6 weeks. It also did not deposit on 12/14/18. When contacting AccuChex this morning, they will not confirm whether it is their issue of the company who employs my husband. Someone must be held accountable for this poor service. At the very least, they should follow up with their customers (my husband's employer) to see why payroll has not been properly processed in order to deposit in a timely manner.

I have been using AccuChex for years now. They always answer phone, complete anything extra that I ask for without hesitation and they work very well with my CPA. I highly recommend this small business.
