I am new to the area and scheduled an appointment to have my taxes done. After waiting 30 minutes I asked one of the gals at the front desk how much longer the person I was going to see would be. “Oh he is with another client and should be done soon”, was the reply, I waited another 15 minutes and asked again. Another gal replied; “Well I can’t just go in there when he’s with a client and ask how much longer”. At that point i could only conclude that my time was simply not as valuable as his and left. Someone from the office called me to see if I wanted to reschedule snd when I called back a very rude person put me on hold and no one ever picked up the call.nBefore moving here I had the same CPA for 20 years so I know what a mutually respectful professional relationship looks like and I doubt I could ever have that at the Parker firm.
