Great environment and lots of help from all the therapists. Always correcting form and showing me what I’m doing wrong. Everyone is friendly and great. I love going here.

No pre-post assessment, just a discussion of what brings you in. Therapist was on her phone checking messages, distracted by socializing with others beyond what I would expect in that setting, children were running around 4 out of 5 appointments distracting therapist. Therapist did not correct form, was often inattentive, was frequently snacking (which also involved sharing her snacks with the children running around). I have had physical therapy several times over the past two years. This was unacceptable and had we not planned on ending at session 5 I would have not gone back. As it is, my doctor has referred me for additional therapy due to minimal progress, this time I insisted on going back to Results Physiotherapy. My first appointment at Results was more informative and helpful than the 5 sessions at ATI. Don't waste your time.

I went a week and a half ago to get a PT evaluation a requirement to get the Hoverround wheelchair. My Dr still has not received the report. Got a letter from Hoverround today giving me a 1/23/2019 dead line to get the info to them. I tried calling Roper PT and all I get is a recording. I called way before closing. this is unsatisfactory. This may cause me to be denied the wheelchair.
