Quite place. Could have been a bit cleaner in the room. Some surfaces are covered with thin layer of dust.nHowever, overall, looks quite good. Restaurant is OK. Quite fast serving. Staff is friendly.nSmoking area just outside. The entrance.
I spent 4 nights here, the first day when I arrived no rooms were available and I had to wait, which at that time, was ok, when I returned they give me a room were the shower was not completed clean, I spoke with the front desk and they said next day they will change room for me. Next day no one informed that the new room was available and the room was not cleaned either, I called again the front desk and they ask me to come down for another set of keys for another room, this room was more clean. The next day in morning the housekeeping give me attitude when she came to fix the room and I ask her for 30 minutes, she said that she did not have time,the following day when she came i ask her for 10 minutes so I can get out of the room and she never came to change the toiletries or anything, I has to call the from desk again and the give me new towels, why do I have to have so bad experience if the hotel should be ones of the very best? At this moment I would not recommend this hotel
This is a Crowne jewel in North Charleston!nThe staff was fantastic to work with to coordinate our meeting.nThe room was clean, sanitized, easy hook up for our presentations & the team was readily available for anything we needed!nHighly recommend them for your meetings and events!!!
Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. It beats all but maybe 2 in the area in some ways and beats them all in other ways. Im glad to say the customer service is one of the best and the furnishings/decorations/interior design is beautiful and very comfortable.
It's clean and nice, but the staff are not super helpful. Also, they don't honor the included breakfast amenity if you booked through a third party. Staff is nonchalant and dismissive. Customer care is not paramount here.nnAlso, several things in my room did not work. The knobs on the bathtub just fell off. Probably won't stay here again.
