I was very impressed with the room. Nice, clean, and spacious. The customer service however, was not great. We requested an extra blanket and the exact response was “come and get it”. The fire alarm also went off at 4 am. Everyone had to evacuate the building in 30 degree weather. The front desk clerk didn’t offer an apology or explanation and was quite rude and short about what happened and what they could do to accommodate patrons.
The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We called the front desk to get towels and never received any. The breakfast was a joke. Even trying to get juice which had 4 choices( apple, orange, grapefruit, and another) every single one was out. Tried telling the staff and got no response, just a shrug. Coffee was empty. Nice new hotel but for the price, they need a staff change. Very poor.
The SpringHill Suites was walking distance from the convention center, which was really convenient. The hotel itself was clean. My only complaint was that the mattress was absurdly hard. We were only there one night, but I would've slept on the couch had I thought about it. The room was a decent size with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
Everyone was so friendly. Hotel was so clean and new. Fantastic deal. Breakfast was also very good and rooms are large and clean
They stay was excellent, the room was excellent. Only problem is, I spent two nights here for Suoerbowl weekend with a $20 deposit for two nights, so $40 yet still have not been credit back into my account and it's almost a month later. When I call, their response is, check with your bank, which I have more than once. Went to another hotel that same day with a $50 deposit and that $50 has been already credited back into my account. Mind you now,, same bank I used at Springhill Suites. Can someone please tell me when my $40 will be credited back to my account please?????????? Receptionist told me it would be credited back & I'm looking for it to be just thatnI'm no understanding this. I'm beginning to think my money ($40) was just stolen
