We booked a room for 1 night yesterday. The front door clerk was nice, which made a first good impression.ud83dude42 The hotel seemed updated which we were really happy about. The room was clean, smelled good, the water pressure was good, the beds were comfortable and bed sheets were nice to touch. The fridge, microwave were in a working order.nThe conditioner system seemed operating a bit loud, glad we ‘ve got earplugs with us, which helped. An overall experience was great for that price range!nPets stay free. No breakfast. Close by several places to eat.
Nice place for the price. Room was clean and updated. Pet friendly was a huge plus!
Need better accommodations to get to rooms on 2nd floor. Also needs more/better parking.
Just checked out with my family while traveling home. It was a horrible experience. My husband booked 2 rooms on booking.com. They had trouble finding our reservation when we checked in. The reception person seemed confused. After a long day of driving we just went to bed only to be startled to death at 3am by someone opening our door. Another desk person was apparently checking the room for a late check-in and our room should as unoccupied. There was no sleeping after that. When confronted the next morning management blamed my husband for not verifying the form for his name before he signed it (there were 2). He was rude and unapologetic. His only offer of consolation was a 15% coupon that expires 12/31/20. (End of this week) Horrible way to run a business.
Price was good,place was clean, updated, and staff was friendly. I wish they had breakfast but a lot of places are getting rid of that.
