For anybody looking to knock their instrument rating out in an efficient way, do yourself a favor and choose IFR6. I just completed my rating with them and couldn't be happier. The owner Michael made sure everything was ready well before I arrived, and my instructor Sam went above and beyond to help me become an instrument pilot. Everybody at this school was amazing and polite. The process involves using approved simulators in the morning and flying in the afternoon. It's a great way to learn, as you develop good habits in the simulator (a great, lower-stakes learning environment), and then go perfect them in the plane. I can't thank these guys enough. I'm glad I chose IFR6, and if you're looking for an accelerated program to knock out a rating, make sure you choose them too. I can't wait to go back for my commercial rating once I have the hours! Thanks again guys!

I absolutely could not recommend this program enough. The owners made me feel so welcomed and supported during the whole experience. My instructor, Sam Herald, was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was understanding everything, and felt ready for my check ride. Yes, it can be intense to do a 6-day IFR program, but with the great environment and instructors that work here, it is completely do-able, and completely worth every penny.
