Festival Centre has always been a very hard place to run a profitable business at. The #1 major problem with this location is the cost of rental space within the shopping center!!! The cost is so high that businesses that do open are already doomed to fail from the start. This is due to the owner's being very greedy and would rather take the short term money now! Instead of investing with the businesses that stay open for years resulting in a great long term investment for both parties!!!

The Neighborhood Tap House in there is awesome!!! Highly recommend however they need to clean up some of the other business's in there.

I WENT TO CHECK OUT THIS STORE. CALLED 2ND CHANCE S. THIS STORE WAS SO NEAT. THE CASHIER. WAS TOO NICE. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.
