Alright, now bare with me. I'm about to go full Karen.nnAfter a long day of work, I decided to order some delicious Ale house. I chose pick up so I didn't have to fight the typical crowds of middle aged divorced women and guys with bedazzled jeans with one earring that frequent the place.nnI picked the food up, it smelled so good, the aroma of delicious flavors crept into my nostrils. I hurried back so I could devour it like a lion feasting on a gazelle. Upon opening the container I was shocked to findn1. They didn't give me any plastic wearn2. They didn't give me a strawn3. They didn't even give me 1 napkin...not 1.nnDo you know how sad it is to be eating Ale House at 930 at night, alone in a hotel room anyways, but now I have to eat it all with my bare hands like a savage. Due to the lack of straw, the ice hits my teeth and causes immense pain. And I didn't have a single napkin, so I had to wipe my face with an old T-shirt. This is unacceptable. Thank you.

Just moved to Parks at Nexton, Carolina Ale House is super close in walking distance to my new community. I had the experience one night to interact with Olivia & she is absolutely amazing. Great attitude & friendly banter I've come to expect from Charleston. Morris was cool too as well as Avery. Meanwhile, Hailey seems unhappy and miserable at her job. Recently, I sat at the bar alone and she never once even acknowledged me as a human being. It was her & Avery working the bar. Avery was the only one to address me. I don't care to be ignored, especially when I have many other places to go where I'm appreciated. Kudos to Olivia for providing a great experience!

My sister, friend and I went and sat 45 minutes for our food my sister and I ordered the top sirloin rare and my friend ordered top sirloin medium when the food came out my sisters and my steaks were well done and my friends was rare. We never got any silverware when we got seated. We talked to the manager who smiled and acted like it was no big deal and went to re-fire new steaks for us. it was another half hour and we still had not gotten our food. In total wait time we were there for an hour and forty-five minutes. We left unhappy and hungry. It was the worst experience I have ever had with my sister and friend. A manager should show kind, compassion and concern when they get called over about an issue. Then work and make sure that the customer is happy through out the experience. Not make the people wait even longer after they told you the problem and that it shouldn't take over 45 minutes wait time for food. Needless to say we will never go there to eat again.

Went for dinner on Valentines day. Got grilled wings. Food was good but was disappointed it was REALLY cold sweet potato tots weren't cooked all the way. My partner got a burger it was cold too. We always like the food just was disappointed this time. Our waiter was good i cant remember her name. Will give it another try at some point. Disappointed they cut tuna off the menu. They cut the menu alot. Still sort of good.

Wish I had a photo for allnOf you but this place is great! We tried wings, bacon cheesy fries and their donut holes-so yummy ud83dude0b They make a mean hurricane too as a yummy cocktail ud83cudf79 We will be going back soon!!! Go on-try them out!!
