It used to be a good store. I was going there for 5 years straight buying two pair at a time. Now I go in and the only thing their employees know how to do is push a button on a register. Nobody offered to help. I need extra wide shoes and all they can say is there's a w on the box.
Great place. Love being able to try on hiking boots and such in person. While Merrell has an excellent website nothing beats being able to truly fit a shoe and just be done right.
The sale assistance was excellent. I didn't find what I needed but help was excellent. I will be returning and hope that you will have a selection in wide shoes...
Replaced a pair of defective shoes with no problem very good company stands behind their shoes 100% staff was very nice helpful and accommodating very pleased
