I was there to pick up an item that I had ordered online. It was there for 4 days. I was never informed until the day before that it had arrived. When I got there they had already put it back in stock. They don't have their act together with this ordering online and pick up routine. I doubt I will order online from them again. My time is valuable. The folks in the pickup area were very nice but their hands are tied by morons who don't live out in the public and experience the problems that their system has created.
