Had an appointment for 2:30, didn’t get back into the screening area until 3:45. Unacceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful once I got into the screening process. Also, almost missed the fact that I needed a drug test to, but I mentioned it. Super understaffed. Very poor experience overall. 1 star because of the great staff.

I experienced my first workplace injury after working 26 years which was very scary. My employer sent me to Concentra Urgent Care . Everyone there was really helpful. The entire staff gave excellent customer service. Dr. Maribel Rodriguez-Scott is such a caring individual. The doctor and staff are very professional and they all show their genuine concern for every patient that walks through the door. Had a 12:30 appointment and waited over 2hrs to get a physical. What's the point of a appointment if I wait 2hrs to be seen. This place is a diaster. I recommend going someone else if you don't have the time to wait 2hrs for a appointment you have.
