Definitely the closest thing to sleeping at home in my own bed! Very comfortable beds and pillows, television actually worked, which hardly ever happens. The breakfasts were hot and hearty and plenty of tasty items. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient location to downtown Charleston and other tourist attractions. Close to great restaurants and even a Target to pick up forgotten items.
Me and my husband REALLY LOVED this place! Every employee was cheerful and friendly including the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and managing staff. They went above and beyond for my family by doing us a the kindest favor (I won’t mention what as I’m sure they don’t want to make it a habit).nnThe room/bathrooms are also nice a spacious and ascetically pleasing. It’s very up-to-date.nnLocation is great, not sketchy at all.nnContinental Breakfast was A+. I don’t see anyone being disappointed at all.
HOTEL IS CLEAN AND ROOMS EXCELLENT, DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT ALL OTHER HAMPTON INNS HAVE DISPOSABLE GLOVES FOR BREAKFAST, WHERE IN A PANDEMIC TOUCHING OTHER ITEMS W/BARE HANDS ISN'T SANITARY, ALSO AM DESK CLERK WALKING AROUND FROM BEHIND DESK NO MASK EVEN BEHIND IT NO MASK, HOW YOU GONNA HAVE SIGNS UP FOR MASK AND YOUR OWN FRONTLINE DOESN'T WEAR THEM, AFTER NOON CLERK WEARS HERS
My room was very very clean!!! Full HOT BREAKFAST are served to guess every day!!! Staff in the kitchen and at the front desk were nice, kind and very helpful. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. As a frequent traveler and diamond member of hilton honor I wish all hilton hotel franchises could take this hotel as an example. This was the fisrt time I had hot full normal breakfast in a Hilton's family hotel after the pandemic started. Thank you!
The staff was fantastic!! Stephanie, Tammy and the other women that my family encountered were extremely friendly, polite, and caring. From checking in to our stay, Stephanie went above and beyond to make me, and my family comfortable. Stephanie accommodated us with a suite at the last minute. It was clean, big, and beautiful!! It made us feel right at home. We went down to the pool for a bit while we were there as well. The pool and the pool area was extremely clean and the water was at a comfortable temperature. Hampton gets 5 stars from us because of Stephanie, the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfort. Hampton should be very proud of the employees at this location, and the upkeep of this location.
