I called to schedule service and the girl who answered the phone was so rude. They should really get rid of her because they’ll lose business.
I absolutely loveeeed my experience here. Ana the girl up front is so professional. She speaks clearly and professionally and does a good job completing my dry clean needs. Ana is so kind every time I come and even when they are busy. She is attentive to customers while taking orders on the phone and working smoothly with coworkers. My quilt came out smelling wonderful and was very clean. I would totally recommend this for your dry cleaning experience!
Amy helped me with drop off and pick up. She was quick and helpful. My overcoat was ready in less than 24 hours- good as new!
I have driven around the back of this cleaner’s several times and every time I see several items of clothing being dried outside in the alley. This feels like an unprofessional and careless way to treat clothes that people are paying to have professionally cleaned. Considering that many reviews say this place is pricey, I wouldn’t want to pay for having my clothes dried in an alley.
