Not too busy of a place. They dry clean Navy uniforms in less than a day for me! Love the drive thru service(only accepting because of Covid-19). Prompt and reasonably priced. Will definitely return! Thank you!
“Kim” was very rude, unpleasant & unprofessional this evening. I handed her my clothing items and she immediately said the items wouldn’t be ready until next week and that wasn’t an issue until she demanded payment upfront with no explanation I even asked why she’s requesting payment upfront and she just closed the door on me. There was no reason for her rude demeanor & upon arriving she didn’t want to serve me. Lots of other great reviews Kim must not have been working on those days.
I am new to the area and have been searching for a reliable and competent dry cleaner. I am grateful I found Sandy's Dry Cleaners in Hanahan! They provide friendly, timely and expert service.
Kim at the Hanahan location gained my business for life. I was in a bind and she made sure my suit was cleaned and returned promptly. Her attitude could not have been any more positive and I just truly wanted to take the time and thank her publicly for her wonderful service. My family will be customers for life. Thank you Kim!
Hanahan Location- great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. We dropped a special family heirloom coat (vintage Italian wool) off and it was well cleaned and well-handled/cared for. Will be return for wedding dress cleaning and packaging for storage!
