When I heard Maytag, I always thought quality. Well, I bought this great top loading Maytag and just about a couple weeks out of warranty, the lid broke. Why on earth would you make a lid plastic and have heavy duty metal hinges inside? The corner broke completely off and now it won’t run because it requires the lid to be locked. Well, to fix...it’s about half the cost of the washer itself. Ridiculous.
Priced way to high. The machines are extremely small. It cost 4.25 to wash. Thats ridiculous. I went 5mins down the street where its only 3.25 to wash clothes and the machines were WAYY BIGGER. I was able to was 2 white comforters with my white clothes and still had room for more. Machines washed all stains out. The lost sock is the best place to go.they even have someone to wash and fold for you. Maytag is a BIG NO FOR ME!!!!
It's cool. Convient from where I live & I'm grateful for it, ever since my dryer broke down this laundromat has come in handy. It does need a new look, including new washer & dryer machines. A few of them either are out of service &/or the temperature is really hot so youll be there longer than you are supposed to be. Also there needs to be new change dispensers added.
Washers and dryers worked fine nice and clean
It's as good as can be expected for a small independently owned laundry mat.
