I use Multi Family flooring A LOT for my job and have nothing but great experiences with Carmen and her crew. So I was not at all surprised at the professionalism I received from Melissa with Get Steamed and the Tech Bruce who came to my house. My carpets look almost new and our couch has not been this clean since we bought it. I definitely will use them again and recommend them first for cleaning and extraction when I know someone in need!
