I was overall pretty happy with the service and my carpet’s. However, one thing I was disappointed in was being charged a different price than was quoted, when I asked about the price difference I was told they didn’t have me down for cleaning the the hallway in between the bedrooms. Not true I saw the work order that said 2 rooms, stairs and the hallway in between. I also assumed closet’s were included in the room’s, nope he wanted $20 more. I was expecting to pay $132 today, he wanted $190 with the closet, I paid $152. I would’ve given 5 stars had the price been the same that I was quoted.
We’ve (unfortunately) had to use this company twice in our home, both times for water damage. They are fast, thorough and a great team to work with. In our latest incident, I called for help at 4a and they were on-site by 5:30a. Their quick work saved a ton of potential losses.
Carpet cleaning - 4 BR, hallway, stairs x 1.5 and SG carpets. Paul Johnston was technician who provided service. He was pleasant, motivated, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, professional and performance was excellent and exceptional as always. He was unable to scan, email, text or print a copy of the invoice describing service visit and receipt too. I will contact the local office and inquire about copy of invoice. I had the pleasure of Corey Hall coming to my residence to do some mold removal and clean up water damage. He explained the process before any work was conducted and made sure be as thorough as possible. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the area was clean. I would definitely recommend this highly professional gentleman and the company for their quality of service.
Our project manager Joe Zachary was so courteous. His crews showed up when they said they would be there. They operated in a very efficient manner and the work that was done by the various subcontractors was outstanding. I would highly reccommend this company.
