The attendant was awesome. Well spoken, well mannered and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating in I believe the prices could be affordable. I would have gotten another room and area rug cleaned also.
I received a call telling me when the tech was on his way. Nick arrived a few mins later, introduced himself and looked at the carpet areas I wanted cleaned. He was informative and offered discounts I hadn’t thought of. He went about his work quickly, did a great job and left no corner uncleaned. I’ve used other companies in the past. They charged less, but didn’t clean as well. I’ll always call Stanley Steemer.
Stanley Steemer cleaned my hardwood floors, area rugs, and upholstery thoroughly and professionally. The technicians were polite, courteous, and hard-working, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job that they did. I highly recommend this company.
I have used their service twice and my parents have used them for over 20 years. Highly recommend. They will make your carpets look good as new. They are very professional, very knowledgeable about what they do, and always on-time. We will continue to use their service!
