Eric Baliko went above and beyond to help me when I was dealing with urgent medical issues. My plan with him was actually about to end as I was switching to my new work insurance plan, and even knowing this he took a great deal of time out of his day to look in to which facilities would be covered under my plan with him and how to navigate my medical emergency without incurring unnecessary costs. He also helped me choose a new plan based on my needs because insurance is always like reading a different language to me. I was truly so impressed with his kindness and sincere dedication to helping me when it was most likely not even any benefit to him. I never leave reviews but felt compelled because of how touched I was by his exceptional service.
