Nothing worse than breaking down at a small airport in a private jet. However the service from the FBO was fantastic while we awaited for a repair facility to come out and repair it. Had it been a piston aircraft I know these guys would have fixed it. They specialize in tail-wheel and crop spraying training. Having spent a long time in flight training I can say that this is a friendly and professional school. Thanks to Morris and Heather as well as all the other staff. for all the help while we spent an unexpected 24 hours with you.

Best flight school I've ever been to! They can start you out in a tailwheel airplane. Multiple classes, including private, instrument, commercial, multi engine, single engine sea, helicopter, and multiple instructor ratings. Friendly, homey environment. Apartments students can rent while they're here. Testing center for all kinds of written tests including aviation ones. Maintenance shop for annuals, hundred hours, etc.

I had a great experience here at Riggin while completing my private pilot training.nnEveryone I met loves airplanes and were down to earth people who teach you how to fly in a no nonsense manner putting in the time 12 hours a day 7 days a week to make sure you understand what you need to know to be a competent pilot. They don't waste your time or money and get you where you want to go as quickly as you are able to learn.nnThey specialize in Ag training with a fleet of spray planes of all types. But they will train many certificates including private, commercial, sea plane, and probably sport and recreational tickets not to mention tailwheel and complex endorsements. I've heard they may also offer helicopter training soon which might be to fun to pass up.nnThe aircraft fleet seems to be frequently updated with planes coming and going and some of the aircraft they had were recently restored and upgraded with a couple in the process of being rebuilt. Piper J3 and Super Cubs, Cessna 140 and 150, V tail bonaza to Call Airs and Ag Cats.nnI would recommend Riggin Flight Services to anyone looking to complete their pilot training, it's absolutely worth traveling from another state as I did.
