Zimpel Granite & Marble

These guys are incredible. They were so much easier than all the others granite installers we contacted. Joyce walked us through, step by step. She was patient and very accommodating. She made suggestions that really improved on what we wanted. For the install, they arrived when they promised. They took as long as they said they would. Before starting, Reynaldo walked through the process and made sure there were no disconnects. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up as they went. They were very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will go back to them when ever I want more granite work.

We chose Zimpel over the cheapest fabricator's Quote because they were knowledgeable, patient and professional. Everything went smoothly for the templating and installation and so we paid the bill. Then we heard from Zimpel that they were able to fabricate the counters with one less slab than originally quoted and we were getting back over $1,000! They did not have to do that because we had already paid the bill and were happy! That kind of honesty knocks me out!

Zimpel Granite & Marble is a wonderful company. Joyce, our rep, was attentive, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She showed patience when we were trying to decide which marble we wanted. Our marble vanity top is exactly what we wanted and it was done beautifully and delivered and installed within a week. I happened to walk into Zimpel Granite & Marble by chance one day and I could not be any happier that I did.  I was immediately greeted by Joyce Zimpel as I initially thought that they were a wholesale showroom and not in fact a fabricator & installer.  I had already met with a couple of other fabricators that I came across while working on my personal renovation project but neither of them made the impression on me that Joyce and her fantastic team did.  Joyce was so friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient and understanding in learning my goals. Picking the perfect counter is a daunting task to say the least.  Joyce personally went to the showroom on my behalf multiple times to take measurements to be sure the stone would fit the project.  Once I finalized my stone selection I met Joyce and her outstanding fabricator,Airton, at the warehouse and we collectively and patiently sized up the stone and made the perfect layout selections to capture all of the beautiful designs that this piece of quartzite stone had to offer.  The process & experience was just first class!  Finally their installation team led by Ronaldo showed to my house and completed their installation of the perfectly cut pieces.  A couple of weeks after the install I was having an issue installing the base of the shower door in the master bathroom and it was Ronaldo that made time for me and personally came back with a drill bit and technique that only he with his so many years of experience could have pulled off.  To say the least I could not recommend Zimpel Granite & Marble any higher than I do.  The entire experience with Joyce and her team was top notch.  You too will not be disappointed I am quite sure.Thank you AGAIN Joyce!!!  My home is stunning now and your team was such an integral part of that part of my renovation!!!  Thank you!
