It doesn’t deserve 1 star but a 0 star. I didn’t get checked in until 3 1/2 hours after arriving. In constant pain since I arrived. ANYTHING you ask for expect to wait for hours before it happens. From water, to medicine, to using the restroom. They don’t know anything about your medical history and really don’t seem to care. It’s amazing to me this facility has not been shut down due to gross negligence! Avoid this place at all costs!!! You’ve been warned.

My mom back surgery and they did an excellent job on her rehabilitation.

I am writing this review about my husband's stay at AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital. We did a review on the phone, but did not do it correctly. I have tried to redo this process, but have not been able to do so. With that in mind, I am attempting to correct this error.nnWe were very impressed with the quality of service my husband received. Every person we came in contact with from the administration, case managers, nurses, aides, therapist, etc. treated us with respect and compassion. In many cases, the staff went beyond what would be expected to ensure my husband received the best care possible.

Horrible and scary to have to go into any of Anmed facilities young or old as you may not make it out alive, I’m serious due to the many experiences a my family and other have seen, it worries me.

I'm not impressed at all!nSo far its day 4. My mom-in-law was husseled around even though she had been in a hospital bed over 3 weeks, the records were transferred so they should had known. Either they decided not to read them or didn't care. But the sad part comes when I said something the staff has treated us like the plague!nWe about lost her 4 times & asked the rep multiple times if they would work with her & not push her before we agreed to have her here.nThey keep pushing her & she is not one to complain but she's been put in a wheelchair & left in between sessions. Sunday was the first time she's been in a chair in 2 weeks! If I wouldn't had been there to voice concern they would have just left her in the chair after her session too!nnI mean things like getting her into bed & not supporting her back & the nurse lifted her legs & she fell back & barely hit her head!nnChanging her bed 3 times & making her stand (again, she hadn't been sitting up more than 2 times in 3 weeks) & with the transfer & all that had gone on she was so exhausted!nnAny time I mentioned anything: fresh water, tissues, more blankets for her, ice so I (yes, so I not them even) could get her things, etc. The 2 techs, & 2 nurses, all had a bad attitudes & were just rude! I don't want to even visit her because I'm afraid they may treat her bad because of me asking questions & voicing my concerns!!nIf things don't change soon, very soon, I've had enough!nnIt's day 6 & PT has improved since day 4. But she's got a bruise on her arm from someone grabbing her...nnDay 8: It took a week but things have finally gotten better. Please pay attention & be proactive with your loved ones care! Stay involved & let them know you care.
