I had full knee replacement surgery on 2-14-21. Dr mills recommended that I use Upstate Physically Therapy. What a great doctor and a great recommendation.nI have been working with David Keese and Brad Miller. They are very professional warm, friendly, and caring as is the rest of the staff. They seem to know how to get results weather you are young or old. They tell you what you need to hear, it's not always what you want to hearnUpstate Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.nCharles J. This was my first experience with physical therapy and my fears subsided when I met Mandy. She is down to earth and not only explains everything well, but shows you how to do it. Everyone there is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Even the receptionist was great. I had to reschedule a few appointments and she was so understanding and able to change things around for me. I'm 4 appointments in and I'm very happy that my doctor referred me here! Thank you Upstate Physical Therapy!

Total shoulder replacement. My daughter suggested I go to Upstate PT because a number of her friends in the medical profession, as well as other others, highly recommended this facility and the staff. I found Upstate to not only have an excellent staff and facility, but also a very professional and caring group of physical therapist. On day one, I met with David and he relieved the anxiety and concerns I had with the pt and recovery from the Total Reversal Shoulder Replacement surgery. Each appointment was scheduled and the appointment time was met, no wait. A thank you to Brandon, my PT, for his professionalism, his concern and continued positive coaching to obtain goals for rehabilitation and everyday activities.nVery well please!! Thanks to all!

My wife and I have used Upstate PT several times over the last 5 years recovering from back surgery, knee procedures, and foot surgery. In all cases we have received excellent care from David, Jimmy, Tim and the whole staff. Currently Brandon and David are helping me build strength in my left knee in an effort to avoid surgery, Brandon, Katie and David are currently helping my wife recover from foot surgery. Great Team for all your PT needs.

This practice was my first Work Family after I finished school as a PTA in 2013. They not only enriched my knowledge of the practice of physical therapy and enhanced my skills to treat our patients, they helped shepherd my faith in Christ while I was there, and ever since. I would recommend them to anyone, absolute top notch practice. Thankful for my time spent there.
