TTC bookstore has great energy and when you go there, there is so much beyond books that your going to want to purchase. TTC pride

It's an okay bookstore. The section in the back for textbooks is a little confusing & looks disorganized. The front has a nice selection of notebooks & pens, office supplies as well. They have some nursing & art student supplies too. There's also a few makeup things, purses, cups, blankets, clothing etc. Everything is super expensive & overpriced though so I reccomend buying your office supplies at the dollar store. The staff is quite nice, they're very helpful!

Simply atrocious. This is a place where the staff feel they're doing you a favor by being there. They told my son he HAD to purchase all of his textbooks for both Fall 1 and Fall 2 before the semester even started. When we tried to return the books for Fall 2 shortly after that because my son changed his major, it took 3 attempts over 8 weeks... and, they were rude. You would need a can opener to get an answer out of these people that is more than three words. They are not helpful; they are not pleasant. They do not understand customer service at all.nAs parents, we send our children away to school thinking that the school we selected cares about the students and their best interests and would do them right. It's obviously not the case here.nSeeking other alternatives, we decided to try across the street at Textbook Brokers for our Fall 2 text books. They offered us every possible solution we could ask for. They gave us great instructions on book rentals, book purchases, if we needed a book with a code or without one and how to return the one with the code if we didn't need it to pay a lesser price. They answered questions we didn't even think to ask at the time. Additionally, they saved us $125 on just two books... and they take financial aid. I would encourage people to check out other sources and if you have to use the Trident Tech bookstore, make it a last resort.
