The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Renting a uhaul truck was so much easier to deal with them in person, rather then going through uhaul website. They knew the ins and outs of the uhaul procedures. An when I knew I was going be late on returning the truck, they helped me out to give me the extra time I needed in my move.
VIP Storage located in Coyle is not secure. After being a loyal customer of 3 years, my unit was vandalized and I had several items stolen from me. I do not recommend this company or location. If I were you I’d go somewhere else that is gated with cameras.
