I went in Saturday February 29 with my sister. We both got our hair cut and that's all we wanted. The lady that did my hair made it really uneven. My mom pointed that out to the lady and she tried to fix it, it was still uneven so she went back to fix it a second time and had to have another girl help her out. When I got home I realized she put layers in my hair when I didn't ask for it and my hair was still uneven. One of the worst experiences I have had

MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR A PERM. GOT THERE AND WAS INFORMED I WASN'T DOWN FOR ONE. EVEN CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS STILL DOWN
