They really care about their customers. they take time with every customer and make sure customer is happy before helping the next in line, so don't go if you're in a big hurry-- wait until you have done time to spend there. but they give each customer that level of individual attention. Dress in cool clothes because they have a solid wall of windows and there's usually a bit of a wait. they know their water chemistry and have whatever you could need for pool or spa. It's relatively new management and I'm impressed. I recommend making them your pool people!
The person who helped me was very informative and helped me pick out the shock I needed for my pool. My pool turned very green. It took an hour or so and it cleared right up. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your help.
They put us in another room when the tv didn't work. Great service. Asa, manager?, was great!! Thank you!!!
They are quick to take your money but slow to do the service you paid for. Been waiting about a month for them to finish our pool (install liner and get it up and running). They lost all of our paper work. They said they didn’t even know how much we paid them. I had to give them the exact check number, amount, date check was written and when they sent it to the bank. I have been in contact with them several times and they keep telling me different dates as to when they will send out their crew to finish what they started. When that day comes they no call/no show. I have to call them to get a new date. I am so over this company. I have text where the manager said to me the owner was going to call me but he never did.
Very friendly and great service. I was struggling to get my chemicals balanced and they tested my water and gave me explicit instructions on what to add and when to add it! Very thankful!!!
