I’m really upset with my experience today. I’ve come here previously but after today will not be returning. My friend and I came in to get dip fills. While my nails were wrapped, I asked to have my eyebrows waxed. The older woman laid the wax strips in my hair and had to rip them out before using them to wax my brows. Moving on, she continued to layer 5 layers of dip, and attempting to do the design I asked for. If she had just told me she wasn’t able to do it, I would have picked something else. Instead she terribly layered regular polish on my nails and manhandling me in and out of the LED (gel) light. Then after applying the gel top coat, she wiped each nail and 2 completely wiped off, now having to restart the process. In total I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, my friends full set was done in the first hour. I left with uneven, lumpy, smudged and now and hour later already chipping nails. I’m very disappointed and will now have to go pay to have them redone.

The nail techs were extremely nice, worked very quickly, and I love the end result. They didn’t make my nails too thick, and the acrylics are very uniform in shape and length. Plus the price is very reasonable, and they gave us a free fabric mask with our purchase. I would 100% recommend.

I wanted to like this place because they’re so friendly. But my nails look awful. The woman that did my nails went too fast and they’re lumpy and the corners look sloppy. I hate leaving a bad review for such nice people. But if you pay $40 for dip nails, you expect to leave with excellent looking nails.

I usually love this nail salon but I had the worst experience today. The nail technician made 2 of my fingers bleed and filed/drilled directly onto my skin without even touching my nail at all. I told her multiple times it hurt yet she continued to do it. My roommate had the same nail lady when she went and complained of the same aggressive behavior.
