Hello, I am writing because my overall experience was bad. It was my first time to do acrylic nails and I am a woman in her 50's. I shared many times with the two people that helped me that I was unfamiliar with the process and needed extra guidance. They were not very busy when I went in. I made an appt. I took at sample bottle of nail polish with me to match color. They directed me to the wrong wall of nail color. I choose something similar to mine but she said no she could not use the one I brought to the front. So I said what about all these nail polishes on this wall? She ignored my questions and said here I will just use yours. What? I knew that could not be right. But she used my example any way. I went home and the next day the polish and acrylic stuff was coming off nails. I went back. I strongly asked the man to redo them. I asked for nails with acrylic tips and their gel polish. Upon, return one week and 3 days later, to have them removed. I discovered that the man or lady the first time had torn into my nail bed on my right hand and stripped out a huge chunk a some point during the first or second initial visits. They tried apologized about the first batch of nails coming off but it seemed like it was just a gesture to placate me so I would not fuss. I am so unhappy especially with this being my first experience. Let's call the man, T and the Lady, K.

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I was beyond relaxed by the time I left and they were very attentive, constantly asking if I was comfortable. They were very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back here and only coming here for my nail needs. I feel like they went over what the normal salon experience is, they really made me feel like they cared about making me relaxed and happy. I recommend top nails and spa 100% they definitely live up to their name.

They do the acrylic to thick & say it's bc the nail is long & will break if not. (Not true as other places don't say anything). Also my nails are hump backed and she didn't get the acrylic all the way to my cuticles nor did she get the entire nail painted evenly, good thing I got a sparkly color.

This place is the best!!! I’ve had Tom, Jennifer, and Kelly do my nails before and they all do AMAZING!!!! I will never stop recommending!!! They pay a lot of attention to detail which I love! I can be picky and they always exceed my expectations. Also the staff is SO friendly!

This is one of the better bail salons that I gave been to in stillwater it is my favorite they are really nice sometimes they mess up a little bit but still my over all favorite
